ZIP ECO-FRIENDLY Charcoal Briquettes
The NEW, & first to market, Zip Eco-Friendly Charcoal Briquettes are 100% natural, made from renewable organic materials such as sunflower husks and corn cobs. The waste material used to make this ZIP charcoal is carbonised at high temperatures and then crushed and mixed with 100% natural wheat starch to create pillow briquettes, making them an eco-friendly, sustainable alternative to wood based charcoal, meaning that with every ZIP BBQ you have, you are doing your bit for the environment!
Preparation and Usage
- Evenly distribute your firelighters amongst your briquettes. For best results we recommend using 2-3 firelighters.
- Light the firelighter and more briquettes if you wish, taking care not to extinguish the flames.
- Always keep the barbecue uncovered until ready to cook.
- Allow 20-30 minutes for the briquettes to ash and glow before starting to cook.
